If I were going to double major in something, I would probably try to keep it in the School of Technology, otherwise you might have to double up on some of your classes, (for example Calc: there is a Calc for technology students, and then normal Calc) which might make your GPA a little better since you'd be taking a class that you essentially already passed, but could also wear you down...
