If you find a good lead let me know. I have about 12,000 total time, mostly jet, lots of glass time, lots of analog time, small jets, big jets, jet PIC. I actually regret letting my CFI expire 15 years ago. I actually enjoyed it. Get a part time job if you need to supplement your CFI income, but just stay at it if you can afford to. There's no money in the entry level jobs anyway. It's bleak out there. I just got rejected for a manufacturing job in my backyard today. I don't think anyone has a chance right now unless they know someone and have the right type rating and currency, so hang out as long as you can, and try to appreciate what you have.
