Guinness (and most stouts or porters I've found)

Sierra Nevada (Damn fine beer, available in most places that serve "real" beer, and hails from my home state. My usual drink of choice, best cold)

Sam Adams (Amber Bock or Killians are also good if a Sam isn't available)

Also like most brown or red ales. Beers with lots of hoppes etc.
If it looks like P!SS, it probably is!

I can also appreciate a good cider on occasion but a lot just seem to sugary.
Oh, and for the non-alcoholic, you can't beat a Henry Weinhard's Root Beer.
