That's just it.... the union CAN'T do that. Your a college educated person right? How about investing just a little time to find out about the laws governing your profession.

They can send out emails, and reminders about flying safe, not pushing yourself too hard, not risking being fatigued and things such as that, but they CAN NOT put out something that would directly be viewed as a job action.

What they can say, the have... it is up to you to read between the lines. However, since you refuse to do the right thing, until the union does the wrong/illegal thing by telling you too... I guess the rest of your coworkers shouldn't expect much from you.

and you are correct, I do not work there. That doesn't mean I never worked for, or don't still work for AMR, but I am not on Eagles payroll.
