I think women are treated very well in the US aviation industry, they are under represented as a proportion of the pilot population but the system is very open to female pilots.
Not a woman, nor do I play one on TV, but they have been a subject of lengthy study for me. This has not helped my comprehension much though.

Aside from that, I have wet my Che t-shirt with many bitter tears of frustration because La Revolucion has not brought equality to those brave freedom fighters.
