some of the guys you are talking about may have been from places like Parks where the commercial initial is done in a multi. that means a lot more multi time to go around. got an mei? here's a student and a plane. you should need hundreds of hours dual given to be a lot of things in aviation (rj fo comes to mind) but its about supply and demand.
