Anyone bitchin should point their frustration at the individuals who during "individual resolve" flew draft, massive carryover and did not protect min days off. Most guys were on board with the plan and some trips went unfilled. But the majority of trips that the scheds were drafting for were eventually filled. Many of you know some of these individuals. Lets educate them for next time.
