...well..i guess we'll agree to disagree...but the 8 hour reduction from the current 10 hour requirement for any hard time pay that won;t be triprig washedout is def a great improvement...along with the 3.75 trip rig...nice for long trips as well....i've read that the company did a cold run on the schedule with these new scheduling improvements will decrease our average work days per month by 1.5 days for tafb trips as currently scheduled...and to that i say great work by our guys....i'm not a lawyer...and i know i'll never be on any negotiating comm...i'm glad we had the guys we had doing that...take care...
