Just took a look at the details of this MOU for the first time--
cp-- I suspect a good number of those in the bottom 300 will be taking long term MIL Leave (like myself). This will save 100% of my salary for up to 5 years (what I put on the survey) if I can find orders for that long each fiscal year.
