I can go downtown DC and get a job close to or over 6 figures with my security clearance. I'll be working more than 8 days a month but won't be going into debt in the process either. What's the alternative? Get a second job to supplement my UPS income...same result of having to work more to earn more. If I could afford to work one week per month and still maintain a decent QOL, I'd probably be ready to retire.
