2.- Without the scope change, Delta would have been forced to sell their accuired from NW stake in Midwest. Personally, I feel that would have been in the best interests of the company. Or at least the pilots. It would have closed any scope loopholes. But what effect would that have had on Midwest? Would you have been OK with that decision if it had occured. Or would you have blamed the DL pilots for cutting you adrift? Seems to me, we can't win either way in your eyes.
