Default Overwater loss of presurization ETP fuel

Here's an overwater question for the long haul 135 types -

I'm curious how 135 dispatchers plan for fuel at the ETP (ETOPS) alternate when considering a loss of pressurization AT the edges of one ETP/ETOPS area to the next.

How much reserve fuel (if any) do you flight plan to arrive at the ETP alternate if you lose pressurization at the ETP?

Thanks!
