Management has the right to set uniform standards. They can prohibit any form of non-company provided lanyard for uniformed employee groups...
IF
they've been consistent in applying that standard. If they target one group for wearing a lanyard (i.e. ALPA) and permit NPA or other non-company lanyards, it should be a slam-dunk grievance win.
