Pilot Early Retirement Package has been presented to the union folks by management at my present employer.

After NC review the package will be presented to the MEC for vote, or further negotiation until a fair and acceptable program is tweaked.

The MEC chairman has stated , in writing, that there would be NO quid pro quo with the company for the PERP initiative.

Maybe it would be helpful for the FDX NC chair to give the Dalpa NC chair a call...
