Of course I could just expand the vacation to use the vacation instead. I was going to do that with my next vacation. I'd rather work now than in the other month I have vacation.
For min days off a day of vacation does not count as a day of work.
So if a guy had 14 days vacation (4 week month) and had a line that worked 15 days (max days) an he deconflicted, no trips would be dropped.
That is why we have the Slide expand option, This works for everybody, the guy who wants to maximizretime off or the guy who wants to use his more vacation bank in a leter period.
