This statement is taken out of context. It did not reference or refer to pilots. Delta has always dealt with the pilots and pilots issues seperate from "frontline employees". If he had posted the entire letter it was very clear it did not apply nor was aimed at pilots. The payback on a furlough is about the 2 year point. There are still no plans to furlough regardless of the outcome of the PERP.
