If you choose to work a little more say 20 hours per month your pay goes up to 75K first year plus additional expanses paid like fatigue pay. Some of the better regionals also offer free health and benefits the other lower places usually just 80% or half. 401Ks are also company matched up to 50%, if anything lower you're probably getting gypped.
