Some confusion between JeffCO, payroll and Fltops.

Ops:
Beginning with Pay Period Six (pay dates 5/24/2009 – 6/20/2009 check date 6/8/2009) crewmembers domiciled in
Louisville will need to be in compliance with the Jefferson County Occupational Tax law. All employees working
in Jefferson County are subject to the Jefferson County Occupational tax on 100% of their gross wages. All wages
will be taxed at one of two rates, County resident (based on zip+4) 2.20%, Non-County resident 1.45%.

Jeffco: profession, occupation, or trade within Louisville Metro, Kentucky, regardless of the legal residence of the person so
engaged.
