Absolutely not! We should not be any part of a direct violation (improper implementation of 4.A.2.b.) to our collectively bargained agreement. Schedule safety can be easily addressed by exercising our contractual rights under 12.A.9. Fatigue. Now is the time to draw the line on the assault of our contract. I cannot believe a block rep would take this position! So ALPA is just going to "throw in the towel" like we have done on just about everything else lately? If the pairing is not safe call in fatigue when you are and don't fly it. Why you get paid the big bucks as a captain.
