She said and pointed out the first year pay of an FO at Colgan, and then compared it to I think Delta DC9 first year FO pay. However, she pointed to the hourly pay number, and said that was what they made for the whole year-Example: $23 hr=23,ooo a year, and $52 hr=52,000 a year.
That's usually a good rule of thumb. At least it worked for me for the last 15 years.
