Please, continue to improve your own flying skills before ad nausium lambasting fellow aviators with all the Monday-morning-quarterback comments. I am sure you have plenty of days off to shine your own certificates enough so that you can see your own reflection in them.
As for the macho "had a pretty female FO and could not concentrate" comments . . . please act like a professional aviator you strive to be and not a prepubesent teenager who has never talked to a female before. (If this last sentence is true, my apologies, it is Friday night . . . go out and meet some!)
