I've flown with some great female pilots who were actually better than some older male counterparts with many more hours.
It's funny, but most of the ones I've flown with were more like this poor girl.. clueless in terms of systems, aerodynamics and most importantly SA... but then I've not flown with every women in aviation, so maybe I just had a bad sample.
