While I totally agree with the not wearing headphones in the terminal. My experience seems to be that when I was one the phone, people came up to me even more to ask a question about where their gate was? Where is the restroom? etc. then if I was just walking to my gate with no distractions.....Yet the sign for those questions was always above their heads. Guess I looked helpful.
