The IPNN today announced that Yangtze River Express will begin 5X weekly service from Shanghi to DFW. Don't we (or didn't we) operate a hub at DFW? I know international cargo volumes have fallen quite a bit, but you can't tell me that we can't find enough origin-destination freight from the Pac Rim to DFW, let alone enough freight to sort and ship through DFW?

I hope that those guys that got one are enjoying their "bone us". With the new contract UPS is allowed to use Supply Solutions to set these sort of things up. Not saying that this is the case here, but from now on, when you read these sort of things don't get upset, just give it the old IPA shoulder shrug and say "oh well".
