Dude you don't live in Cuba. Get over youself and do something about it. This is America, not only can you do whatever you want, but you can have 2nd or 3rd chances if you fail.
Nobody is going to give you any money for free, you have to work for it. You have to figure out of way of solving your mother's problems first. You can't go out and train if she's dependent on you. Tell your mom to go to work, if you live in a house, sell it to make money for training. If you can't do any of these you might want to go and take a loan for all your training(90% of student pilots don't have the money to flight train). But first, get rid of your mom as a dependent.
