Stop making excuses, and just stand up and say hey, we messed up. You know, everybody makes mistakes. The sign of an adult is being to admit a mistake, take resposnibility, and move on to correct it as best as they are able.... all I ever hear from RAH guys is... is isn't my fault.... blah blah blah... blame management.....
