Alright, 215 is the start. Not too fat at 6'1" but I've got some padding. So far I've stopped drinking soda replacing that with either water or unsweetened iced tea. I've gone off of fast food

and am cutting back on portions and trying to eat healthier. Also no mas on the chips

. For now the exercising is running. Alot. Maybe some strength training in a few weeks. This is gonna be painful.
