What's really sad is that the pilots at RAH are now going to be denied jump seats and glared at while walking through terminals, just because some people can't see that it is not the pilots but rather the management who made this decision. Today was the first news that anyone, including the RAH pilots, heard of this. And like it or not, you have no control over what your company does either. This situation could happen to anyone at the regional level. Like some people have already said, wait and see what happens before you start condemning people. And for Heaven's sake don't call them scabs (just shows your ignorance), and don't deny them jump seats or treat them any differently than you did a few weeks ago. Talk to them about it and you will see that the majority don't like this idea and are fighting to fix it.
