I think a new definition of a scab should be if you are doing the work for others that have shown a willingness to strike for, but not currently allowed to, then you are a replacement worker, then you are a scab... 170's for Midwest were pretty low, but if you guys don't do something to stop this then you guys should be on everyone's shtlist.
A solution would be to effect performance numbers for all carriers. Don't drop the brake on time... as simple as that. Take Crew delays. Send a message that you care. Way easier than failing checkrides like others have mentioned.
