Of course management would like all pilots to believe that scope is dead. This was an ALPA guy.
I think it is suffice to say that we need to make sure our reps know SCOPE is the #1 priority.
Give away that, and I KNOW our pay, etc will soon follow.

It is great to have a business mind, but use it to fight for what makes this profession better.
