There're negitivates, I just don't think it's helpful to dwell on them at this point. Trust me, there were some nice things in the old NWA contract but there was no time to cherry pick....next time maybe. On the ops side, we are doing the lion share of the changing, from procedures to manual reorganizations to bidding and the list can go on (yes even hats and bling on the shirts).

We are dealing with them in our typical good humor and a desire to to it exactly like those who write our paychecks want it done. Trust me, you are going to like flying with the majority of us, just like I've enjoyed meeting the majority of southies I've talked to
