Well, the one big negative was the diluted attrition from retirements...that are STILL ahead of projections.

Most fNWA guys took a hit on their anticipated percentile. I know I did on mine, and it is in the double digits 5 years from now.

Loss of the C series as a DC-9 replacement. It was pretty close to replacing the DC-9 before the merger.

So, yea, there were a LOT of downsides.

OTOH, I have to hand it to everyone...pretty much everyone I've talked with as put it behind them (and quickly, I might add) and is looking forward.
