Yes you'll build time, yes it's a job and some may get on here and defend them but you can’t get around why they were created. To spell it out for you, you’ll be labeled a person who will more than likely scab on his pilot group when the time came. If you still don't understand then try talking to a few CAL pilots who were around during the early to mid 80's. They'll tell you all about Lorenzo and scabs.
