Outsourcing sucks, but if they were going to do it, at least there could have picked a
U.S. ACMI carrier.
There's a few of them that I'm sure wouldn't mind the business. But who knows, maybe there is some kind of scope provision that prevents an ACMI carrier but allows "Skyteam" to do it.
