Yes, it's legal and possible to log time while flying a B200. You're probably wise to log to just log dual for a while, if not the entire time.
I you go into an interview with 50hrs of King Air 200 PIC time and have never been to school on the aircraft that will be a hard sell.
You can log anything you want but you had better be able to justify it.
