I was lucky; a great friend of mine is good friends with our recruiter. He gave her my resume in person. I received the interview that day for the next week. 7 interviewed and I was the only one hired. I brought 4 recommendation letters from SKW pilots and during the interview several other friends of mine just happen to be at the training facility where the interviews were being held. My interviewing CA was impressed that I was friends with over 20 SKW pilots. Because I was so connected at SKW my process was smooth and easy. I know others that weren’t so lucky.
