NWA bought the certificate under CH11 proceedings. Very different from a CH7 liquidation. IDE is still a viable company (the fact that shares of corporate stock are still trading attests to that). Just because NWA has a TA with their pilots, doesn't mean that previous labor agreements don't apply here. Like I said... there's a lot of legal grey area.

If the IDE pilots do put up a fight (which I do think is unlikely since it seems that everybody has moved on), it's almost certain that at the very least they could delay the launch of compass while it's all argued in the courts.

Just figured that I would bring it up.
