Now...less about rules and regs and such and back on topic.
Does CAL have some type of uniform policy that would prohibit such things as this sweat band or piece of jewelry or whatever the offending item was? In the military we have rules that dictate what we can and can not wear - even on liberty in some cases - as certainly when at work!
