Is ALPA serving them properly? Is ALPA setting the standard for their career? Well, obviously it's not a perfect world and ALPA is collecting dues from all of us, but are they making the "Industry" better, or are we keeping the status quo, or moving backwards?
I look at the ALPA monthly magazine and it just seems like a whole bunch of back slapping going on, but absolutely no teeth. Or to quote and old tv commercial, "where's the beef"?
I think a lot of people would agree with you.
Add in a perfect world they'd promote us. There is a guy that is the President of some electricians union down here and I used to hear him in commercials on the radio telling everyone why there guys are the best and how we're not the union we used to be. Its like a coach saying these are my kids, I'm proud of them, they play the best, you've got to come and watch. Thats not ALPA.
