Air Mike (CAL out in Guam) is the civilian medivac service in Micronesia. There is no prohibition on transporting pax with injuries (and neither you, I , or the red coat on duty is qualified to diagnose the level of any injury anyhow) - however some carrier's Ops Specs prohibit flights as air ambulance, definately not the case with Air Mike. A wounded Marine would be sent by air ambulence (military medivac) if his doctor determined it was required - but it certainly isn't always required.
