Out of curiosity, does ALPA recommend to all ALPA carriers (i.e. Majors) to not hire Gojet pilots. Maybe it wouldn't be seen as a stepping stone if there were little places to go afterword. From the past, the majors hired everyone no matter where they came from...so why wouldn't someone want to go someplace like Gojets if there was no negative to it?
