Yes, Line guarantee is lets say you're awarded a line that has 86 hours, that means you'll get paid a minimum of 86 hours that month no matter how many flights they cancel. Should be paid 6 hours.

BoB is per segment as well, rather than per day. There is a pending grievance for BoB on reserves. The way our CBA was negotiated the BoB for reserve pilots should be paid on top of your guarantee. For example, a reserve pilot's minimum guarantee is 75.8 hours a month. He is scheduled to fly 20 hours that month but blocks 30. He should be paid 85.8 hours. We have the notes from Paul Foley, etc who agreed with this interpretation so I think it should be a slam dunk in arbitration.

This sounds weird but Mesa wasn't a bad place to work, maybe it was just because I was on the Dash but I've really enjoyed my time here. I've flown with some of the most professional and nice guys and gals I've ever met and they've become kind of like a Dash family to me.
