I don't blame them either, but many of them come on here and make excuses for themselves and blame OTHERS. All they have to say is the pay sucks and they don't agree with it. However, they blame EVERYONE else. "It's mainline pilot's fault", "I didn't give up scope", "I'm not the one who didn't want to fly baby jets". Just say you don't like it either and leave it at that.
