1) Did the pilot send his report about CBs in the area while he was asleep? Its a report that has to be sent manually.

Most reporters writing about aviation accidents are ignorant about specific aircraft systems and capabilities, that disease is apparently contagious to people trolling in here and other forums.
Agreed. If the jet stalled, it was not out of negligence. We need to wait and see.
IMHO, we need to pray for the families of the victims. I cannot begin to imagine what they are going though right now.
