Just came across this thread...started a diet/exercise program about 4 months ago. Started at 257, currently 225. (i'm 5'10 so I was a fat bastard for sure)

Plan has been to eat healthy, small portions, more often. Strength training MWF and doing some form of cardio T and TH.

So far so good!
