Not too much more I can add here - all good advice.
I lost a lot of weight (30#) really fast (2.5 months). It can be done. Just not pleasant if you get burned out on grilled chicken and lots of water. Really, it's just basic math...burn more than you consume.
I'm almost 6'4" and weigh 198...just where I want to be, but it's a constant struggle, or the weight will come back if I start to cheat. I exercise a lot, repeat, a lot, 5 days a week. No running - don't want to f up my knees...stationary bike 45 mins, ellipitical 30 mins, 45 mins of heavy weights everytime I go to the gym. All in all, no fun, but I'm happy to be in better shape than when I was in high school.
