Another thing to add. Stop using your personal cell phone for work related items. The company can provide and pay you for that service. If you have to walk up to the gate 10 times to speak with dispatch, so be it. If you taxi out and something breaks that can be mel'd but you can't reach maintenance control over the radio, taxi back and use the companies phone. I swear the airlines would be brought to a halt if we would stop using our cell phones for work.
