I believe we should get paid as follows:
1) FOs should be paid $1 per hour per seat
- 50 seats = $50/hr
- 150 seats = $150/hr
- 500 seats = $500/hr
2) Captains should make 150% of what the FOs make
All of this should be with 60-70 hr guarantee and max flight time per month should not exceed 80hrs. This increases QOL, Safety, time at home, and reduces fatigue. Will it ever happen? No but we deserve at least $1/$1.50 per hour per passenger don't we?
