The CMR contract 2001 was the closest thing to a mainline contract any regional has been. 50 seat Capt. pay was around $102/hour and 70 seat pay topped out at $117/hour as I recall. Sadly, after years of steady growth no regional came close to equaling that and the decimation of that contract to CMR guys is history. .
Actually, one regional airline did best the Comair contract - Horizon. And, for now at least, their 2001 contract is still in place. $121 for top 70 seat captain, and $111 for top Q400 captain with an 80 hr guarantee.
Unfortunately, they too have been furloughing and there has been a lot of pressure from QX management for pay cuts. So we will see how long this lasts.
