Thats funny that you would relate "socialized 121" to Czars, when in fact the Czars were dictators. It was the Czars rule that brought the people to rise up, overthrow them and create what we now call a socialist state. Don't forget that under "regualtion" pilots worked under 60 hours a month and earned "a cadillac a month" in pay.
